If you’re building agents that forecast, score, or optimize future outcomes (from user churn to hiring risk to market trends), you’re already making value judgments. So how do you make those judgments ethical?

Start with these pillars:

Explainability
If the agent can’t explain why it predicted what it did, it shouldn’t be acting on it. Design your system to expose:

  • Variable weightings

  • Alternative outcomes

Fairness and Inclusion
